I've done 7-8 reps of 130kg which is like 286 pounds . Never tried to do more than that though

I've never tried doing 10 reps at any weight because I prefer doing 3-5 reps. Most I've done was 220 at 5'4 and 150 lmao.

I've never tried doing 10 reps at any weight because I prefer doing 3-5 reps. Most I've done was 220 at 5'4 and 150 lmao.

I'm too scared to deadlift because of an old knee injury, but I used to have a shed converted into a gym and used to deadlift all my weights and two tires on a bar. Felt like some Rocky shit haha.

Threw an axe kick in sparring which got caught. I was hopping on my standing leg and something completely separated in my knee. Now about 5 years later, even now and again I'll be sparring snd feel my knee slip out of place. For deadlifting or squatting its just a mental block though.

The most I ever deadlifted had to be like 180 which was back in high school but I honestly never work out or anything like that. I could probably deadlift a little more than 200 now but definitely no more than 300.

it hurts just to read that shit damn man !!! that mental block is good only push yourself once ur fully healed. i injured my tail bone back i the day and that damn thing gave me issues for years together. but i am fine now.
