Whats the criteria for being a mod

Ive asked this question a few times, with no answers

So my battle w/ esso was about to hotlist ... and illokwent deletes a vote, by a voter with zero vp .... instead of waiting for it to hotlist(it would be now) and start accumulating votes, he decides it had to be deleted asap ... what a moron


Rows a straight up hate voter , but aslong as he drops an expo its all good (lol) .. even if it doesnt make sense and hes biased af. "Rain that lines a bit played out bro - esso that generic jab was fire" ... more or less his words


Theyre all lazy af , and if u tell them something is wrong theyll tell u to stop bitching


So honor, integrity , intelligence and a good work ethic are out of the question.
