i think lupe consistency is better wit his lyrics but i like waynes songs better as overall songs... not usually his radio songs tho

i agree with this pretty much..lupe is dope with wordplay and rhyme scheme..but wayne makes the better songs that everybody wants to hear i guess

You just can't compare them and select a winner to me. Two VERY different rappers Lupe is a conscious rapper, and Wayne is just a rapper. In terms of ability though, Lupe hands down. Wayne has made plentiful amounts of garbage consistently throughout his career there may be some gems in the litter of his music but not many. Whereas just about every one of Lupes songs is pretty good.
