Should threads be closed, and deleted if they don't break rules? - Page 2 - Lets Beef

The poll is simple. Is closing my thread posted in the picture above, and deleting it for the subsequent reason a misuse of moderator powers?

In conjunction with the above, there are several times where @g u t s has claimed that "I'm a cancer." That he'll "never be cool with me."

In my opinion, there is a clear personal vendetta on his part against me, resulting in the deletion of my thread.
