Why do potheads always talk about how healthy weed is?

I remember telling a guy I don't smoke I just drink. He proceeds to say shit like .. oh u think alcohol is better for u then weed eh

No maybe not but I don't drink for the health benefits lol

Weed is a lousy drug .. it don't make shit fun it just makes u stupid & lazy. The basic level in high school was full of stoners .. not so much the acedemic level and even less so the advanced level

Real talk I'm sure there's benefits but there's a silver lining to everything.. including drinking and smoking cigarettes
