I didnt see the direction. Dave brought me there saying we were gonna help cats elevate. So that should come first and it clearly isnt if me restructuring the crew in order to make that happen made ya'll mad. All yall do is chill and pm a bar here in there. Whos learning from who? whos trainin leaders? Whos closely monitoring these cats progress? I dont see nun of that goin on. The goal over there isnt to improve its to be in the spotlight. being a leader or captain isnt gonna make them better battlers. Yall got leaders that logged on yesterday for the first time this whole month. and culpritt still hasnt logged on. Thats the direction yall got? ppl can lead yall whenever they feel like? Then there was ppl being captains that are less skilled than the reg members. hoe can they elevate if their promoton in the crew doesnt directly correlate with their progress as a battler/artist? that sends out mixed msgs. u can join ACs to elevate but u get promoted without elevatin as long as ur active? It doesnt make sense to me. So I left. But yeah this is my free agent thread. So unless ya'll gon send me an invite so we can do what the crew was made for then ur off topic.
