And EVERY site has divisional moderators. Asking someone to be in charge of an entire live site isn't fair. You have to delegate duties to people. ILL has FVC because he's shown talent in voting. He hasn't in GFX or (maybe) topicals, so why should he be there over V3 or Black Book? They each have their roles, and if their individual section fails, then they have to take responsibility for lacking the creativity to keep it interesting. If every mod is there, people feel that others will pick up the slack for them. When all do this at the same time, shit dies.
Voting is bad, a mod in charge of voting has been appointed. What is the issue really?

I Won't Get Into The Specifics Why I Think It Didn't Really "Fail" Like Everyone Says (The First FVC) But I Get What Your Saying As Far As Having A "Dedicated" FVC Mod Just For The FVC. STILL... The Current FVC Has No Need For A Mod With It's Current Layout / System. Topical Moderators / Graphic Moderators Have Certain Talents / Ideas They Can Implement Within Their Sections Because Their Areas Allow Them To Do So. The Fair Voters Club Simply Votes (Quite Fairly And I Thank Each And Everyone One Of You Who Continue To Do So, This Site Needs More Members Like You Guys) But That's The Sole Reason The FVC Is Around. They're Not Making Anything New (Like A Cypher / Graphic) They're Just Helping Out So What Exactly Do You Need A "FVC Mod" For? The Selection Process Can Be Changed But Why Do You Need A New Mod For That?
