i agree and what I'm finding is people aren't letting that shift happen...its almost like you don't want to let go of the past, because in the past only 7 or 8 people had mics...the sample size is bigger today, which means there will be more people, newer people who come out of the woodwork with skills...and what the 'old heads' need to realize is for whatever reason, yall don't have it anymore - not saying you can't get it back, but you lost it...and if you can't adapt then you get left behind, which I'm finding people can't accept
