My advice (this is NOT gospel) is if you want to get pumped like that dude then eat a shit load (keep it clean as possible) and push yourself lifting in the gym. work out a regime to work out seperate muscle groups each day to avoid injury eg Monday Arms, Shoulders & Back, Tuesday Chest & Tri's, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Abs & cardio. That's my personal routine with a weekend recovery but you don't have to do it that way; do what ever works for you.
This is the cardio exercise I was doing -
I did this 4 - 5 days a week mixed with some light weights, tough ab & press-up exercises and very strict nutrition and the fat dropped off of me. However - as stated previously - I gained ZERO muscle and ended up with a cool sixpack but twigs for arms and a fucking pigeon chest man. I was ripped but I ws skinny as hell, no chick wants a dude like that. From personal experience the best thing you can do is keep the cardio to a minimum for now and focus on getting your form in check; lift PROPERLY before you start lifting heavy. Deadlifts, military presses, bench presses and front rows seem to work well for me as basically a beginner to weightlifting. I also do squats on leg days. Start by consuming more calories than your guideline daily amount - plenty plenty protein eg chicken and fish (recommended protein to gain muscle is 1g per pound of body weight, for example I weigh 160 lbs so I try to get 161g of protein per day) - and make sure you work hard in the gym. After the "bulk" you can start the "cutting" phase; this is where the originally mentioned HIIT comes in.
I know this is a SHIT load of information, and it's not guaranteed to work for everyone, I'm just letting you know what worked/is working for me currently.
Check out Mike Chang, The Hodge Twins & Scooby on YouTube for some free and helpful advice on all aspects of getting in shape. Find what works best for you, plan a regime and stick to it.
Or better yet; go to the gym and consult a personal trainer.

Bahahahaha. If you're too lazy to make an internet account on a website that specialises in gym fitness, then it's amazing how you're dedicating yourself to daily exercise.
Jesus Christ.

Not everything on those sites are true though @Vit.. You don't have to be in a room full of chinese to learn the language, nah mean?
Some of the best advice you can get is often picked up during your everyday life (Obviously you should do research before taking action on something you heard).. And it seems to me as if people like Jason and Askari know what they're talking about; Ferno would also have knowledge of such activities due to being in the Army. I myself have the basic knowledge of 'Body Building/Getting Fit', so it's all good - Dude could get some good info.
By the way, once you got a strong, regular Ab workout routine (Eg. 50 Sit-ups every morning and night 4-5 times a week) Try to find your self somewhere you can do decline sit-ups, like when you see kids dangling from monkey-bars by their legs - I used to do sit-ups like that because it stretches your stomach more and your pushing against gravity alot more, so it's really intense.

But EVERYONE has a different angle and THE answer. Just saying, you're more likely to find the best advice on a bodybuilding and nutrition website, clearly. Obviously I'm not bashing what Jason and Askari are saying, I'm interested in the subject matter aswell. It's just strange how CC is being so adamant about this on a rap site, haha.
I dunno, maybe I'm just a grumpy, intolerant cunt as usual. Time to go to the gym.
