so what is this article talking about then? how did that average joe get that in 12 weeks? the diet he does is the one i already have , so i just need help int he workout mode, oh yeah i forgot i'm at a new gym , and theres so many good lookin girls but i'm so nervous tryna lift weights around them

do u have any advice for that as well? I've forgotten about the other girl
