Insomnia? - Lets Beef

I, personally, have a lot of difficulty falling a sleep on a nightly basis. Right now being a prime example, it's currently 4:04am eastern time.

That being said, who else goes through this? Any helpful tips for getting yourself to sleep?

I also have the same problem and its fucking annoying cuz then i try sleeping during the day but people call and come over and everything seems to get louder like passing cars or people walking down the street... My only advice is to see a doctor about some sleeping pills or start buying nyquil.. Being sleep deprived is not safe at all.. I become somewhat delusional at times and it feels like im dreaming... Anyways write them bars up and send them for this Exclusive tourney... I got like a bar done..

i was good in the US ever since I moved I had the same prob doc said my internal clock is still in the US who knows

My sleep cycle is wild... Sometimes i stay up for like 35hrs straight then im awake 5hrs later unable to fall back asleep.. Or I'll be so sleep deprived I'll sleep through the night and have so much energy I'll be up for damn near 2 days... I suggest nyquil or sleeping pills... Now im gonna see if these pills are really xanax and if they are im going to snort them.. lol..
