the only things you can compare are their potential physical damage

in moderation they are both pretty much harmless. (the hairs in your respiratory system shouldn't be burned/singed, if they are you will feel that "harsh" pain, which means ur doing something wrong... only if ur concerned with that kinda pussy shit)
