As for closing the FVC... why? these people still have a higher VP. just because they aren't voting doesn't mean they are all of a sudden bad voters. They are still there and will more than likely vote on your battles through them checking the battle section rather than there FVC threads. A little bit of common sense wouldn't go a miss in your next post . If that isn't too much trouble.
