It depends. You can only get so far with smoking though if you are working out. Check out R-Truth, dude needs to break between matches because he smokes (Wrestling is manly!). I dont know if it really makes a difference in that though. It is actually a fact that smokers have a larger lung capacity than non smokers, but I dont know if tar build ups etc. make much of an effect or not.
