I personally feel like Heath's version was a BIT better. I liked the whole sadistic views, and the way he acted. I felt as though it was more true to the original idea of the Joker.
but Jack was still great.

too completely different approaches. Directors from both films portrayed the batmen story differently, one was more comic book style while the other was dark and devious. I like the Heath Ledger Batman, more dark. The other was almost a bit cartoony! It all depends on which style and approach you like better of the two films.
