No proof (sure) but why are we the special ones to live in an entire universe??? Why have other planets??? Doesnt make much sense... Life forms on other planets or systems or even universe is not that far fetched...

I'm pretty sure there are other life forms that are more advanced. Maybe thousands of planets are more advanced, maybe millions. Who knows. But there are some pretty crazy documented UFO stories, you'd be surprised.
