Will people’s VP ever change based on bad voting habits/patterns?

Will mods still be deleting bad votes (poorly explained, unexplained, nonsense)?

VP will stay at 2 for everyone until further notice.. raising and lowering is what caused complaints on the site in the first place. As far as vote deletion, refer to RULE's thread, which is how it has been for a good while.. (basically says obvious hate votes and pure jibberish get deleted. Everything else stays.)

VP will stay at 2 for everyone until further notice.. raising and lowering is what caused complaints on the site in the first place.
