Crew Draft 2019 Rules

Ok.

My other issue @EtH is that there’s nothing stopping some of the top guys from stacking in one crew. One month name change? Boohoo, could live with it easily and then the actual crew battles don’t pop off for 5 months anyway so names will be long gone. Hell, the name change only even comes in if you leave during the first 2 weeks. Could wait for the 15th day and just all stack on one crew, no strings attached.

(Which also brings up a sub point, why May? LB changes a lot on a monthly basis, can’t be sure even half these dudes will be active by May).

If one crew leader is good enough, he could absolutely convince all the top people to leave their crew. But essentially, who's really interested in that? It most likely won't happen because what's the point of the Illmania shit?

If they did that, the shit would be a bore by the 16th day, and I don't think guys like Seul or Edge are gonna be bouncing around crews so loosely (leaving this in as I forgot I was talking to Edge so that's funny as fuck haha). Only Lock would have done that and he's a leader haha.

May makes sense because we are fucked up the ass with meaningless tournaments from now until then. If someone is really inactive and contributing nothing, cut his ass.

Would you consider making it so that you can’t move crews? IE If you drop out of your crew that drafted you, you’re just out of illmania period. This would stop talent poaching and that boring type of shit from happening, but you can still recruit new people that weren’t part of the draft originally.

I do like the idea of no holds barred, but what does everyone think? That would mean everyone is stuck with 6 members with 4 free picks. Now that I word it, I actually kind of like it.
