Just with a very rough insight into business, you're not going to make any money from the mixtape or youtube channel for the company (just because mixtapes are free and you're not monetised on youtube).

Just legitimately interested in how it works. You've mentioned doing videos (ie. Youtube direction) and the mixtape so I assume that's generally what you've been working on primarily since you signed with them. Just wondering what their end is if they are paying weekly cheques (enough that you don't need a second job, which is more than a 10-0 MMA fighter will ever get).
