TBH if it's in the brackets it should be an orange title. If it's going to be a green title it should be hosted in the forums. One or the other.

Exactly. I think @ NOBLE gave the go ahead for it to be in the forums... an it ended up in the brackets... Which it shouldn't of.
Unless we've deemed it an Official... an i don't think we have. (not 100% sure though, as there's nothing in the staff forums about it)
