Everything is marketing. You're on LetsBeef because in one way or another it was marketed to you. Whether you spent money or not, the site was made accessible to you by some means (usually a powerful platform with a strong internet presence like a Google or a Yahoo) which brought you here, me here, and us into this forum discussion...
When you meditate you see through the tricks in everything. You understand the marketing behind everything, you appreciate the beauty behind everything, you can easily identify when people are trying to get over on you, sucker you, manipulate you, lie to you... It becomes easy to see past the games people play & you become more of a spiritual being that learns to appreciate the experience that is life, embracing everything from the most negative to the most positive aspects of it, rather than a physical being too attached to earthly desire & programmed to operate on a certain frequency

Fidel Z If you try meditating and say meditating isn't for you, then you didn't do it right.... Trust me, I thought meditating wasn't for me the first...5 times I tried it maybe lol
That's because I wasn't focused and let the most minor shit distract me. Plus, I was way younger. Ya'll know how young niggas hate sitting still for 10 seconds let alone 10 minutes. Go on YouTube and find yourself a good meditation video, there's plenty. When I got into meditation a few years back I found a video that actually taught me how to do it right, and gave me my first lucid dreams. Idk what exactly you gotta type in, something like 'meditation tutorial' or 'pineal gland meditation' should be good enough.
When you meditate, you wanna focus on your pineal gland. It lies somewhere in between your eyes. You wanna close your eyes and make sure your body isn't stiff. Make your legs feel loose, your arms at your side loose, everything relaxed. Don't force your eyes closed, close them gently and focus on that pineal gland. The shit doesn't happen in 2 minutes, or even 5 maybe. For me usually its 10-15 minutes in but trust me, after about 5 minutes of completely blocking everything out, your focus becomes so intense you don't realize 15 minutes passed because you're overwhelmed by such a positive experience that brings you clarity
