Other than that he self loathing & what's worse is he's completely aloof with it.

He complained about him not getting props from me in my LB list even though it was in alphabetical order and I had only gotten to the LETTER B.
Then when he realises his mistake after I point it out, he won't say "aight my bad, my mistake"

There's about 100 other reasons but I think thats enough.
