Education is fundamental in any civilization. It should be crucial to educate anyone, as much as possible so they can compete in a global market and knowledge shouldn't be only for those that can afford it. Congress could stop ear marking laws with frivilous spending bills that grants certain things money. Millions of dollars get wasted that way because it's either pay out, or kill the initial law that needs to go through.

There are also other wasteful things that should be cut in government along with getting people the fuck out of the middle east and focusing on our own civilians more.

I work my ass off to support a daughter with NO HELP from the government. They say I make too much when after expeditures like insurances, taxes, etc, my check is absolute shit and rent takes most of that. I'm left scrounging on hotdogs n basics while other fuckers get stamps n shit and eat steak, shrimp, and crab legs.
But it is what it is. I have ethics that makes me go in everyday and bust my ass.

In 19 yrs of work, the only handout I've ever taken was the government starting a free lunch thing for ALL kids in my county up to grade 8. I didn't even ask for it.

If the governemnt restructured it's shit and politicians weren't so fucking greedy, there would be plenty of shit to get real stuff done and still run well. People toss around socialism like it's cooties, but they forget, social programs have been around since Roosevelt, going on almost 90 yrs. I'm not against helping other people get by, because in the end, it helps the group as a whole grow.

I didn't mean fuck education even though thats what it looks like i basically meant they need to also focus that much on jobs instead of justr talking about it... I agree that education is crucial but a lot of jobs that require a degree of some sort wont matter cuz they wont be able to hire anyone cuz of money problems and those food stamps aint worth it at all.. They were talking about taking a couple of my family members belongings such as houses or cars to get that money back so fuck food stamps... I'm 21 and only had 1 job and i really enjoyed working my ass off... I worked at UPS for a little while as a loader and lifting boxes gets tiring after awhile but i quit cuz i was told i could get in at a better paying job by a family member but of course that aint happen... so i been on that job search hard lately and cant find shit but that might be cuz of my criminal history... When it comes to background checks at place such as Walmart or Mcdonalds do you know if they can see juvenile records??
