KG is coming off of his bye week and will be looking to continue racking up the wins as the season rolls on. But with the departure of Panorapic, reigning Champion Rieper has volunteered to replace him and has really shaken up the field for the remainder of the season. Rieper inherits Panorapic's record, which includes a bye week and a loss to Brayne Ded, so he will be eager to put his first W on the board in his first taste of action here.

With a win over Pano (Rieper), Brayne Ded strengthened his grip on the league lead by moving to 2-0 on the season. Now that he's in the driver's seat as far as earning the top seed, don't look for him to let off the gas when he takes on g u t s in Week 3. Meanwhile, g u t s is coming off a huge win against Alzie that earned him Verse of the Week honours and brought his record back to .500. Look for this to be a spirited affair between two of the league's rising stars.
