should row be allowed to be leader

this poll is to settle the recent controversy of seuls accusation that row is possibly self/buddy voting. i'll ink the thread below. the evidence summed up is that a "silver dollar sam" user has only voted 5 times in 5 years and there were all for row during important battles.

KEEP IN MIND THAT AT ANY POINT ROW CAN BE BANNED.

i'm not saying it will happen at all, but noble or x could get on and decide to ban him considering the current evidence lurking about. we could also find out more evidence at any given point, so if he's allowed to be leader, he might need to be replaced at any given moment.
