Just want to inform all of you who might care (Roughly none of you) that exactly 1 year ago today, using the user name "trini guinea" I entered into the lovely world of battle rap. It's been quite a tumultuous ride. I started off my battle rap career by losing about 90 percent of my first 50 battles. Slowly but surely, I started to get the hang of it. Somewhere around the 80 battle mark, I've gone on a good run and I've managed to go from 50 under .500 to about 50 over. Beyond that, I've very much enjoyed my time battling here. I've used the experience I've gained here to springboard into live battling. First, I battled via the live "battle" app. I was, after only a handful of battles, picked up by a local battle league and had my first "on stage" live battle 3 weeks ago in brooklyn. I did take an L in that battle. That said, the idea of battling live without ever sparring would've never been possible without the confidence I've gained from battling here. I came in here completely green, having never battled anywhere before. Huge respect to Nostradavus and Cekspree. Early on here, they picked up on the fact that I had a knack for being able to put my words together. So, rather than taking advantage of my glorious floundering and belly flopping, they taught me how to swim here. I've had a few issues with some people here. But, it's a fuckin "beef" site. I would go ahead and tag everyone here who's name I can remember, but a). I don't know how. And, b). I'd inevitably omit a whole bunch of people that I didn't intend to. And, though I've throttled down my activity on this site, I'm still here. I'm just focusing on my next live battle in 10 days. Most importantly, I want to thank all of you for your contributions to this site. I want to thank the admins and moderators for us even having this dope forum to express our talents. And, of course, I want to thank ALL of the battlers here for offering daily competition and keeping the spirit of toys site alive and thriving. As of today, you can no longer use the nomenclature "rookie" to describe me. I'm sure you'll find plenty of other things to call me. Thank you, and fuck you all very much!

. Mamba out.
