Probably the weirdest bar I've ever seen

What the hell, @ Cekspree? Do you honestly think that "HONOR RON ARTEST" sounds the same as "ON THE WRONG ARTIST"? If you'd just used that as your concept, I'd simply call the bar run-of-the-mill garbage, but this... this is something else.
