LBT rank defense...JAHANNAM VS. LOCKHART

in the LBT, the first week of the month prior to the card, anyone can challenge someone of rank in the LBT RANKINGS... wit the exception of the champion... so ex.. lizman could call out the number 2 ranked opponent, and if the opponent agrees, liz would have to send the 16 promptly, and the opponent must reply in 2 days... if the opponent either ducks the initial callout, or doesnt respond after wards to the sent verse after agreeing. he forfits his rank... if he responds and wins, his record goes higher and is less likely to drop to low in the event he loses his card battle...

anyway this is for lockharts #3 position, good luck to both parties..
