3. A vote wouldn't be counted if it is not explained.
4. Battler would be disqualified if he is caught posting link on anyones profile or Pm'ing someone for votes.
5. If one doesn't have enough time to give a detailed expo then he can definitely give a quick cata vote but make sure you don't sway.
6. 3 - 0 is KO or first to 5 votes wins. In case of 5-4, more votes would be taken.

WINNER gets 1 Large and 2 small Emcee items
