here's why. When stars form ice forms in the outer regions, where it's cold.

Eventually, these comets are brought into the inner solar system. This is planetary bombardment.

On a planet in the habitable zone, it will turn into water. That's what the whole idea of the habitable zone is. Barring some sort of oddity, the planet should be able to hold the water on the surface for a long period of time.

And yes, there is water in our solar system.

1. Bacteria and microscopic organisms found on other planets.
2. Structures or the remains of structures have been found.
3. Not to mention the thousands of unexplained UFO sightings, sightings not even the government can explain (not that i would trust what they sed anyways)

If you dont believe cause there is no SOLID proof thats one thing but there is more proof that points at something being out there than not...
