Nice list HHK.. Left out a few hundred, but that's the problem with posts like these. There is no best, and picking a favorite is just as difficult. You can name rappers who "stood out" because you were able to relate with them more than others. That doesn't make them better, and it doesn't make them the best. The word favorite is opinionated, and these threads always turn into arguments. I'd keep going, but wtf? Ya'll know exactly what I'm talking about, so let's not pretend anybody is better than anybody else.
Many of these posts were valid because the poster explained WHY the artist is their favorite. That's what this post is about. Let's not let this turn into another argument. I named two that stood out for me, but now I regret it because they really aren't "better" than any other rapper named on this thread. I may be taking this too far, but I think a better thread would be, "Most Talented Rapper & Why" or something along those lines. It makes for a much better discussion than a bunch of names with no reasoning.
I apologize for semi de-railing this thread. I'll stick with the 2 I named previously.
