Should users be infracted for graphic vocal behavior - Lets Beef

It's been brought to my attention that one of our users has been consistently talking about raping another users 3 year old daughter.....I personally don't condone this behavior and have seen people infracted for alot less....Now i've approached pugz about this issue and hes asked for a public poll and if it's decided an infraction should take place he will implement the new rule and put it into effect immediatly....
So this is me approaching the public and including you guys in this decision...Don't come in here trolling or you will be infracted on the spot consider this your warning

My opinion:

The fact that 6 years into a website we're still talking about catering to the concerns of a single person just astonishes me. Every single person is different; just because UhMAZING gets butthurt that someone says something doesn't mean that it will offend anyone else, a majority of the other party, or anyone at all. This means that you are restricting and forcefully moderating the speech of every last user of this website on the premise that what you say could hurt someones feelings.

I get that it's a singy subject and is a sick thing to say, but unless Uhmazing feels as if Rohaan would actually cross the US border to come fuck his child then him being geniunely angry at this is fucking STUPID.

The ONLY valid argument that has been placed on this assertion is that "you wouldn't want some guy fucking your kid". Why would maze actually expect dude to fuck his kid? There's no possible way that even maze is stupid enough to believe that shit. And if he didn't believe it, which is the blatant case here, why be angry? That's like getting uber defensive and going into your fight or flight reflex when someone on here tells you that they're going to kill you. Just because you'd react to something in real life, does NOT mean you'd react even slightly similar to an online case.

Someone comes up to you in real life and tells you there going to kill you and your family? You get defensive and violent most likely.

Someone comes up to you on the internet whom you know lives thousands of miles away from you and threatens the same thing? You'd probably laugh at him for having a faggoty lisp then block him.

There's a COMPLETE difference between trolling and what he's doing. I honestly don't see how promoting another website is a ban-able offense, yet..
