RULE having to work his way up like everyone else instead of automatically surpassing everyone who's put in much more work than him (This time around at least, no clue what he's done in the past) is a yes for me. Not only is it unfair for the others who have put in more work this go-around it's also the huge possibility of him just not doing shit for elevation and just being stagnant as fuck, when if he had to work his way up it would just be a waste of time to become stagnant.
