Any one know how to help rehab a....
Slightly Torn Hamstring, i tore it intodays football game, and i need some excercises or advice on top of the usuall doctor ice n eelevate ish........I know ters some MMA guys n what not on here, any tricks or what not?

-cold treatment always works...
-get you a compression bandage, helps minimize the intra muscular bleeding or what not..
-stretch the shit out of it, and keep the damn thing mobile, the fastest way to recover is to keep it mobile..
-crutches..
-if you have the resorces, get you a soft tissue massage..
-do some straight knee and bent knee bridging.. might cramp up for a bit but thats a good sign
-once youre able to walk, run like 80-90 meter intervals at 70 percent..
i run track, so i know about this sorta shit.. also work at carey st. gym.. so yeaah.. good luck with that homie.

-hit up the standing leg curls.. about 2 sets of 12
-deadlifts.. straight leg or bent, doesnt matter
both strengthen the hamstring, also prevent future injury

Dude i had 16 sacks in my full pads league in september, 12.5 in my touchtackle league in winter, and 8 sakcs in my summer flag season so far.....Im sooo heated about this. lmao
