In my opinion I would have to say that Biggie and 2 pac are the best of all time. Especially 2 Pac because his lyric were just insane.

Pac had a the greatest cadence, the only person who comes close to pac in terms of delivery and emotional pressence is Eminem...And thats & abillity only a select few posses...It's not about what you have to say, but how you say it... So Pac & Em... people will allways have their favrorite's...but to suggest any other artist (based on emotional pressence, which is really what music is all about) is insane
