I'll posit an additional question. Are they succeeding in their targeting of U.S. digital infrastructure?

Every country, the US included, tries to hack and gain digital information. Even from allies.
Is Russia "targeting" US digital infrastructure? Thats pretty fuckin vague. Do you mean, gathering Intel or attacking it? Everyone, gathers Intel and spies on each other. That's normal. And I seriously doubt Russia's targeting the digital infrastructure. Because it would be quite easy for them to shut down sites and interfere with it in various ways. But we don't see that.
The whole Russian thing is partisan politics and war mongers trying to make a buck.

Comcast experienced a country wide service issue on November 6th of this year. Perhaps we do see it, but, are not entirely aware of it.

I could be wrong.
As far as I'm loosely aware--Russia, under Putin especially, isn't exactly pro-democracy and they've been trying to devaluate it's legitimacy for a while through smaller scale operations like the ones you see on the internet targeting politics (i.e. Trump, Net Neutrality, etc.). They've been significantly more successful with Trump in the oval office.
If you haven't been keeping tabs on Mueller's investigation it definitely is starting to look fishy toward the whole "Trump-Russia" collusion thing. My bet is Trump is all doe, no dome and Putin made friends to help him succeed so he'd inevitably lead the the free world like the moron he is. Putin has his hands in a lot of pots they probably share i.e. real estate, oil, etc. Panama Papers, etc. making him a pretty easy target.

Oh I came to battle but I dabble in the politisphere every now and then. Nothing to adept tbh, more adept than whatever partiality lyve over here's been spitting though.
Trust me @ Lyve SCIENCE I'm an optimist -- i've tried to like what's going on in the US, but it's hard to. :grass:

Be aware the most political discussions on LB devolve into conspiracy theories/nonsense pretty quickly. Did not realize that we had an RT enthusiast in our midst though, I think that's a new one.
