as the champ u can decline.. celcius, if you signup for feb, ill put u in number 1 contender spot battle . win that and wen march rolls around youll get your shot.so if u got a 32 for esso, save it til then

Is this a callout, or did he win #1 Contendership? Because, if it's a call out, imo, you should be allowed to decline. If he's the #1 contender, imo, you'd have to battle.

Homeskool is the #1 Contender. If Celsius is allowed to call me out for my title, I'm not gonna decline...thats just me. I just dont know what credentials a person needs to make a callout....his are pretty shabby lately.

Im not declining if the rules say he's allowed to call me out.....Im more or less just asking what the qualifications are and if he meets them.

If it's a call-out, I don't think that there would be any qualifying traits to make one. That's the point of a call-out, ANYONE can call someone out.
