Be warned. This gonna be a long 1 (pause?)

Other than the audio tourney (depending on the 1st RD turnout, if it's absolutely full of NS's I'ma just fuck it off n be gone) I'm done. Forums boring as fuck. Track sections dead. No battles popping. No interesting beefs would be an overstatement because there are literally NONE in the track section. This place is dire as fuck right now. I can log in in the morning. Log back in at night and find like 5 new posts (most of them by Lizman) *sigh*

I also want to step down as Topical Mod. As much as I want to help, my heart REALLY isn't in it as a sub genre, especially in text form. I just can't do it. I'm an audio head, not a texter, let alone someone who has a deep interest in text TOPICALS. I can continue modding the tourney and see it through but if you can get a replacement who's heart is in it asap. It would probably be for the best. Erupt van step up if he wants.

Shout out's to NOBLE (Besides RULE he the hardest working mod with AT and Rhet close 3rds) Phil the most active audio mod and is stepping up with the tourney. But Someone needs to grab that track section by the scruff of the kneck and drag it back up kicking and screaming and the LBA/Audio Arena, GFX? Lol. De mod and re mod otherwise it will stay a lame duck, you got Chatroom Delegates who since getting, modded? Don't fucking use the place or do anything to boost activity, why the fuck do you guys keep doing this?! Lol. EVERRRY FUCKING TIME you make these decisions and EVERY FUCKING TIME someone gets another title only for them to do fuck all to justify it and we're right back to square 1.

NOBODY questions it, nobody's expected to contribute. They're just left to do nothing other than their own little thing they were doing before.

Fix that track section before it's too late. Its seriously DYING.. DIEEEEE EEEEENG. To some that's an exaggeration. To others who have spent quality time using these areas over the years or would really like to start utilising them (GFX) know what I mean. It's BLAAAAAAH!

You do realise that the LESS PLAYS & less FEEDBACK = LESS REASON TO POST.

I tried to do the Track Of The Month shit. But let's be real. Lol. I've created far to many issues and burnt too many bridges with ppl for anything I do to be a success. Not just that. But to the point it attracts resistance, on a personal level I honestly couldn't give less of a fuck. But when that shit gets in the way of the bigger picture and effects everyone else (which it does) it sucks. I know that if RULE would have done the TOTM it would have got off to a flyer and would have done well. But RULE is in charge of text. Cant expect him to take on everything and bring back the other sections too, that's why 1 of YOU fuckers on the audio side with more pull and respect than me gotta start grabbing the bull by the fucking horns and step the fuck up and stop coasting


Anyway. Concerned, rant? Over. But yeah you need a new topical mod and all the others who's hearts ain't in it need to stop being so selfish & make way for some new blood willing to put the work in & help improve the site. If you're too busy with RL shit then COOL. Nobodys begrudging that. We all gotta find our way in life and this shit doesn't pay a dime. but at the same time step down and give your spot to somebody who DOES have the time. Because while you're still in there you get the tired old "we got enough mods as it is" barrier. You're HARMING the site.

Get the fuck OFF invisible mode. I don't buy that it makes you some super secret covert ninja mod. People need to see you online so they know you're there to help them. Is that why you go invisible? So you won't be asked to do something? Because that's the only reason I can see why you would go incog. Out of site out of mind.

Make a dedicated Track Section mod. He does nothing but fix that piece of shit. He goes on a trial basis. If he doesn't do shit you fuck him off and 'hire' another until you find 1 who gets it right. Same with GFX. Same with Topicals.

And replace means Topical Mod.

i feel you bro. and i agree... there are mods on here who do nothing at all but talk shit and ban people... then theres mods who dont have the time to be mods but for some reason dont want to give up the spot.... then you have the dedicated mods who are here all the time and are answering questions and giving feed back and trying to make the site better with alot of resistance and and shit..... there is hardly no one looking through the ideas section, theres not much activity at all other than the tourneys and the text section...... there needs to be some demoding and new modding going on on some serious shit..... there are other emcees that are trying to keep this shit going, but most everybody wants something for nothing...... and there are a couple poeple i can think of that have gotten that...... there are areas that need major attention and there are areas that need to be completely re-vamped..... somethings gotta give yo.... real talk....... good job to the mods that really put in that work for LB...... @Just C you a cool dude and your a big man for knowing that you needed to step down and make room for someone who is wanting to do what your doing...... I tell you what. I'll do it. But like I said earlier. On a trial basis. I'll put in a solid week on the track section. If shit doesn't pick up you don't have to worry about finding me I'll step down and let you know to take me off mod.
