if you read my verse carefully its the same 4 syllable scheme, different from the killz situation(no offense) cuz my scheme still works when you look at the last 4 syllables

Your scheme consisted of 4 syllables.

Phroxen already explained this. You only rhymed the first and last syllable of the scheme, with nothing but fluff in the middle, henceforth you couldn't justify it as a 3 syllable scheme, as the last 3 syllables of each scheme didn't add up without the first and last syllable to keep the rhyme structure together. If you COULD justify it as a 3 syllable scheme, then it would've been a very shit one.

He's getting DQ'd because of confusion: He capped the preluding syllable (seemingly the first one) which had people considering it as a 5 syllable scheme, but the first syllable of the (seemingly) "5 syllable" multies is irrelevant throughout, henceforth it's made obsolete in the context of the scheme itself. He took a risky strategy in doing so. If he typed sparTIC throughout, he wouldn't he DQ'd, so it's just a case of the capping... which is fucking retarded.

This is a ridiculous DQ.

^ Works as a lazy four syllable scheme.

BUT ...

(fuck) IS DIS GUY? / (such) A SURPRISE / (moth)ER GETS HIGH / (rub)BIN HIS THIGH / (sucks) IT INSIDE / (blush) WITH DELIGHT

Take away the first syllable, none of it works as a secure scheme. A SURPRISE rhyming with ER GETS HIGH? Yeah, that ain't believable as what you intended.

I find it impossible to believe how anyone failed to see this. There's a clear 4 syllable scheme there, but it's unseen by people due to nazi LB standards. The white syllables (the first (and sometimes second) capped one(s)) in each multi is complete obsolete in every circumstance. Reading the first few schemes... "PER, COL, INTER, SE" ... Surely the reader must realise that, despite being capped, these syllables have no connection to the scheme he's using? Henceforth, I conclude, capped or un-capped, people should have realised that he was only avoiding spartic typing (which he would have HAD to done to avoid the DQ, which I find ludicrous).

BTD is victim of quick judgement. This is a stupid thing to happen.

Sorry dude, I've no issue with you, but it's painfully obvious to me that that's not following a 4 syllable scheme at any but a few points during the verse.
