Why I Think Th e FVC Has Been Off Lately.. - Lets Beef

first of all i apologize for not answering my FVC thread. i have been avoiding that shit all together. i will be on it more often now... just had to take a break. but before you get all bitchy wit me think about this...

i almost NEVER get a really good battle between to great textcees in that thread. seriously... i feel like the FVC is nothing more than a dumping ground for shitty snipes no one else wants to vote on sometimes. straight up. and the reason that no one wants to vote on it is just because of that... there're shitty. stop battling weak ass opponents. thats what made me want to stop. thats one reason i think voting is bad. no one gives a shit about ur battle wit some no name noob sniper who shows no potential of growing. i know there are new cats being slept on who are honestly trying and having battles with the upper tier guys. i know that they arent always just snipes or challenges. but sometimes.. yall just fuckin around and having battles wit randoms and to flood that shit in the FVC all the time is ridiculous. i joined the FVC to help people who have good battles being slept on or to help those who are being wronged in the votes. just wanted to get that off my chest. but yeah. im making a FVC thread and just drop your battles and i'll vote on them.

Hear hear my dude, the reformation is ready to roll out too, about to kick out some members and overhaul the voting matrix. Hopefully we can kickstart some interest again.

You're obligated to vote on every battle that gets posted. Maybe if you rate these lesser battles realistically. They will stop dropping there links. TBH it should be expected the top tier battles don't get posted anyway, they promote themselves most of the time.

i agree... but like 1/5th of the battles posted in mine be battling either people in my crew or people that have me blocked because of realistic voting... either way i try to respond to all of them... i missed maybe 7 at the most in my forum... but shit happens... i be busy... can't control what happens in the real world...

Yeah, Nobody is expecting you to vote on every battle, that would be un realistic. You're just expected to vote on as many as you can without picking and choosing which 1's you vote on, that's what I meant.

Definitely, we need to be seen to be active and actually doing what we can to improve things around here, regardless of who's battle is getting voted on.

@Just C i do.. but they keep comin back. lol i drop 6s, 7s, and 5s but fuck they keep comin. they donte give a fuck about my opinion really.. most of the lames on there just want hotlist.

Lol well They won't get hotlists with 5's personally If I really felt they sucked. I'd lower the score by another 1 or 2 points until they get the message. As long as you really feel they are garbage and you break it down why you think that. I see no problem handing out 4's n 3's shit even 2's but that would be in extreme cases. you have to give a little bit of credit for them putting in the effort.

I haven't read the replies yet, but i'm thinking that the ratings need to be lower on sub-par battles to set precedence. Hopefully the new FVC structure will help as well.

Agree with alot thats being said. I dont mind voting on shitty snipes so much, the parts i do not tolerate are A) Ppl dropping links without mentions (Because it may get overlooked and then ppl bitch about me not doing my job) and then B) Ppl who drops 5 or 6 links at a time
