Rule (just gone inactive on the battle scene)
IAmFlow (when he gets back to being active)

basically those are the ones that everyone is gonna say. then there's like a group of maybe 10-15 people who could argue they deserve to be the last few on the list

so lets be specific now.. Tastic's list is damn near invalid because all but a couple are semi-active.. or..NEWLY INACTIVE like wtf?

^ They are the 3 of Tastics List that are mostly Active and known as 'The Best Mc's'. I could name a few more that in my opinion are close to the best or are one of the best. But i aint gettin flamed on!!
