I play the bass & acoustic guitar...it can get boring if you're only practicing the bass by yourself

try playing 1234 using all four finger going up n down the neck and down the string

start slow and after a while it'll start flowing and you'll feel each finger seperate from each other

after warming up, learn some scale you can look up on google then you can play your own songs using that, as for actual suggestions try some pink floyd songs they have some cool bass

as for an actual song to learn that is really fun and simple try dramamine by modest mouse.
