There's NEVER a supervisor after like five or so (I think they use people at home to take calls. This is a common practice.) and they always shut your shit off between 6pm and 8:30pm. They're some rude ass mother fuckers. I just went looking and found this site

HUNDREDS of complaints. smh This is what's wrong with cable companies. They're allowed to monopolize certain areas so that they don't have to compete against one another for customers. If they don't have to compete they don't have to care about customer service.
