verse i wrote a while back.. just found it

as things came to a hault it was me, who was named
lyrical champion, spherical conqueror
must be a miracle most definitely my rhymes are visual
creating a mental movie syllable by syllable
unraveling every word as i stand atop my pinnacle
some come to listen while others come to watch it
like a pair of earphones that been away in ya pocket,
words are tangling round your mind, but you cant even stop it
my delivery of similes and metaphors, quicker than a rocket
but heres how it is and i’ll tell you only once,
these words create traction
im a narrator and a scene is what im rappin
everytime i say a verse
i visualize an audience clappin
but wait, do you hear that? i sent the earth into a tremor
reviewing every step but in the end you’ll just surrender
give up the race you’re barely a contender
may not be immortal but my words will last forever
verses transcribed in ancient scrolls, decoded in hieroglyphs,
passed down through history, truly an aspirant
scribbled down on papyrus locked away in tombs to be sealed in confinement
passed onto royalty, went through mouthes of tyrants
almost like they’re visible giving a vibe that they’re vibrant
lyrical battles, and wars, they tend to be that violent
