ITT: Vitriols "Better Posting Program And Gym"

This Gym is a custom built facility built purposely to fit Vitriols lacklustre posting needs, so he can practice to his hearts content, until he is no longer an obnoxious fail poster fag.

Any and all posts this fail Makes in my threads will be moved to this gym where he can analyse past fail footage In order to get a better understanding of where and why he is failing so he can better himself.

Sparring Programs are welcomed and encouraged in this thread so please, if you feel like taking on vitriol in a posting spar, please do. He needs all the help he can get.
