Is it against the rules to recycle between text and audio?

Just thinking I could drop some of my text bars as open writtens, but not sure I'm allowed or not.

Currently, it is allowed, but only once. So for example, you shouldn't reuse the same text bars in more than one audio battle or vice-versa.

so u can spit text bars more than once as long as the text bars are different each time?

I approve… Most the audio guys don't necessarily venture to text, so the rule allows both formats to be presented.

You can reuse text bars only in a different format (audio). You can't reuse the same text bars in another text battle. And if you use them in an audio battle, you can only do it once for each text bar.
