when you enter www.letsbeef.com on the the top left corner you should see a yellow globe icon with "MY LB" in all caps under it. Hover your cursor over that (or tap it if you're on mobile) then click/tap on "My Settings" then on the left side you should find where it says "Edit Avatar" and once you click/tap on that all you need to do is upload an image or .gif from either your computer or a compatable web link.
