We dont promote MCs for the skill level. We promote them by how loyal and active they are. And how much do they write in the crew formus. And everybody start as a member. (Same for me too) Then they get their promotions after a while. some after days. Some after monthes. some after few monthes. Its all about being loyal. Its kinda test.
