I found a dead body, I went from nobody to somebody in just a few minutes, it’s finished, no pain no more anger I reached all my limits. Face down in the dirt on the ground where it hurt, I was looking for a reason to live, but when I found them it worked. As their soul was escalated, my hate was elevated, and I guess it’s kind of fate it’s… weird to think, would it be the other way round if they had of waited? And as I already stated, suicide is what I was trying … what I found soul searching was kind of surprising, I was going to kill myself… but as I looked up across the horizon, dead body, broke arms, back snapped neck twisted, but somehow we seemed similar, both calm, both trapped, and both twisted, ‘cuz we were gunna take ourselves away from our moms, our dads, our sisters. But I was here, living, breathing, they were dead, teeth smashed, Gums blistered, mouth bleeding. What was their reason? Did addiction take them above? Alcohol run in their veins, no blood? Home alone all day, with no love? Was their mind all crazed and fucked, or did somebody break their heart? Did heroin take them? Did they stay up late in the dark? Depression make their mind go blank?... then… In a sick way though I have to thank them, because they saved my life on that embankment. Both came dope with completely different styles. I think the result of this battle will come down to matter of opinion. Verity came extremely passionate and creative and was very captivating. TRE brought great animation and a steady consistent flow which sounded great to the ears... I have to go with the stronger BATTLE verse. One particular MC just came with more energy and anger which slightly edged it for me. Listened to the battle twice. Nicely done by both sides.
