Well shodanstrodamus is taking this one. Hard to vote against a rebuttal like that. Unless MacArthur is a shodan multi and weve all been hornswaggled.

If these things are still blind drops, then one was bodied from the start. This aside, one bar was better constructed. Vote dropped.

Expo: This guy named David Katz shot up a game bar (literally, a bar where you play video games) because he lost a Madden tournament. GG = Good Game, video gamers say it when they lose to be respectful. He beat MadVerbs and GOOD GRIEF to get here.

Both are solid bars but I got Shodan winning this becuase not only did he correctly predict Mac's content but his bar had a little more personal touch to it. You could literally change "Sho" in Mac's bar to anyone else's name and it would still apply. Seeing as both rhymed well enough and had decent schemes that is the only real deciding factor here. Both bars were setup nicely and flipped well. Shodan's was just a bit better. Only complaint I have is Madden doesn't have much to do with Nintendo as a whole. Good luck to whoever advances.

Mac your bar was dope! Nothing bad to say about it tbh. Good execution, good flip. Now Shodan kind of shook up how hard this battle is to judge. Folks go for prediction bars and usually fail which makes people bitch. I personally don't care if it's accurate or not but in this case the bar is dope AND accurate. Macs been leaning on video game bars last couple rounds. Sho Read you like a book Mac lol. So I guess I gotta get nit picky. negatives about Shodan bar is how specific it is. Plus it's arguable that the phrase "The Mad and Good Game Results" sounds weird phrase wise. Shodan accuracy and personal factor is so strong here tho. I'm conflicted because even tho Sho's bar is on paper more complex with more interesting factors, Mac's bar was more entertaining to me. I'm swinging toward Mac but tbh anyone who votes differently I can blame at all. Great battle and Great Final

MacArthur: I've always been a fan of Nintendo type bars. So many of them are now played out though...especially Mario kart bars but you took a pretty fresh twist on this. The bar was executed well. It flowed smoother than Shodan’s bar as it was less wordy and had an extra multi set. The problem is that it is a generic bar that can be aimed at anyone. Nothing personal about it. Not that there has to be but the other problem is that Shodan took away a lot of the impact by predicting your angle and using it against you.

Shodan: Took a gamble on risking if he would use a Nintendo bar again like he has the other rounds. I did see it coming too but it was a bold move that I don’t think I would’ve have tried. It paid off for you here. Your bar tied in a personal from his previous round defeats along with calling that he would use another video game bar. My only critique is that I would assume most will have to look at your expo to understand everything (mad n gg/ David Katz) and it was a bit wordy in terms of having 13 words in between your multi sets. Both of those things might take away from the overall impact.

Overall: I enjoyed Shodan’s bar more for the reasons I outlined above. It was more entertaining and it really did take away from MacArthur’s impact. Congrats to whoever wins!

Both weren't impressive however one has to win

So, this one was a bit problematic for me. Both had good structure and rhyming. Mac's was more of a suitable one bar punch (I'll explain more below), but it was super generic. It could have applied to anyone. I've made that mistake before, even in THIS tournament, and it costed me as well.

Creativity wise, Shodan was ahead. AND, his bar predicted the shit out of Mac's, which is worth some major points. BUT, Shodan's punch to me was not at all well suited for a one bar. You're just stating that you're gonna beat his bar. This kind of flip would be PERFECT as an opener to an 8 or 16, where you then go on and actually body him. As a stand-alone punch, it doesn't really hit with the full impact. You're just saying you're gonna beat him without actually then and going and beating him. 

So that's why this was a hard call for me. A harder hitting but generic punch, versus a much more creative, perfect personal bar, but that read like an opener/statement. 

For me, in this case, I have to lean Shodan's way as I think his creativity and spot on personal slightly outweighed his fault and Mac's "too" general bar hurt him enough. 

Got Shodan taking this, the Nintendo prediction was spot on which made the bar Hit harder plus he had the cleaner execution

Mac ya concept was good, nice flow but the punch wasn't as effective as Shodans.

Congratulations to both of you for making it this far. I have 10's to both for dropping fresh and unique bars. Mac came with a concept I've seen before, but flipped in a way that I haven't seen before which is hard to do. It was also very direct which was nice to read. Shodan (I have no idea how) came with a unique idea, and flipped his opponent's bar, idea, AND concept while making it a well-formed punch. I'm seriously scratching my head and confused as to how he did it, but also the personal touch in his bar was nice although it was a little bit complex. So, with that being said, I have things I liked about both of your bars and things I didn't. But I have my vote. Fair is in. Whoever wins, congratulations on becoming a first-time champion, and I wish many more to you.

Both are Soo dope! Not sure how this turned out to be a video game bar battle, but both hit pretty damn hard. Loved the Mario kart and I actually remember that shooting on the news that happened down south somewhere. This was tough to choose a winner but I got Mac getting this by a hair because I liked his style more in this one, and the originality just popped for me. What an impressive match-up! Don't know if my vote even counts, but Wow! Just Wow. 

This was a solid bout; although I have Sho taking it with a bar that was just generally ahead even without the fact that it anticipated and rebutted Mac's. Mac's rhyming just wasn't working properly for me here, particularly "mark in this/sorriest/mario". Good battle but I have Sho taking the title.
